Exhibition Advertisments for leisure and tourism

I spent quite some time developing a series of websites and intranet applications for the well respected publishing house Yandell Media Group in Milton Keynes, England. Given my background in design I helped their design studio quite often and to this day am grateful for the opportunities to explore and experiment with designs. In addition to that, I had the freedom to position the pitch of the ads themselves.

Left: I created the advert "We are united in Manchester City" for the Group Leisure Exhibition which had previously been in London. In this year it was held in Manchester amidst constant alerts and fear of another terror attack. We were still in the wake of 911 and the London attacks 775.

If you live outside of the United Kingdom you may have heard of the Manchester United soccer team but there's another, Manchester City. The teams have been rivals for years and the advert implies unity of all against such terrorist atrocities. This is one of my favorite ads, timely and well received.
